owner’s expectations while providing excellent customer service.

We will work with the Owner or Design-Builder to craft a design solution that meets all expectations while controlling costs. We have found that being involved with the Design-Builder early in the proposal phase helps to control costs and flush out potential issues prior to locking in Bids.

RSA’s design approach is to utilize sound architectural design with innovative products and materials to create effective, balanced designs that are innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient.

RSA Architecture is an architectural firm located in Tampa, Florida that was formed in 2009.

We primarily work in the design-build federal market segment. Our work includes judicial and military projects for GSA, NPS, Navy, Air Force, and the VA. Project types include: interior and exterior work, renovations, new construction, water protection and restoration, and historic preservation.

Our work also includes interior and exterior commercial projects, LEED projects, and multi-family residential projects.

RSA’s staff is comprised of qualified individuals that will meet the project goals and demands.

RICH SIMMONS

Rich has worked in the Tampa and Florida architectural community since 1997. Rich’s experience includes designing and managing work on numerous public and private projects. Project types include judicial, aviation, data centers, federal, military, commercial, civic, office, communications, parks, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects, including high rises. Rich has also served on the Ybor City Development Corporation, the Barrio Latino Commission, the Ybor City Museum Society Board of Directors, and the Historic Ybor Neighborhood Civic Association Board of Directors. Rich earned his Master of Architecture Degree from the University of South Florida and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut
