Cloverleaf Clubhouse

Brooksville, Florida 2019 – 2020

This project included the design of a new 2,000 SF pool clubhouse to serve an existing pool at Cloverleaf Farms located in Brooksville, Florida. The pool clubhouse is a single-story building with asphalt shingles on wood truss framing and CMU walls with stucco finish. The project features a 600 SF fitness room overlooking the pool, a 550 SF game and activity room, a card room, and associated restrooms in support of the adjacent pool. The clubhouse also has a large wood-framed trellis on the pool deck to protect the residents from the Florida sun.
