Bay Isle Key Apartments Exterior Repairs

St. Petersburg, Florida 2012 – 2013

The project consisted of exterior stucco and water-proofing repairs to exterior walls, balconies, and windows to 22 apartment buildings built in two phases.

RSA Architecture provided design, documentation, and construction administration of the Exterior Repairs project.

Scope of work included: removing the existing wall systems back to the studs, replacing deteriorated structural framing for walls and balconies, recladding the walls, and providing new water-proofing protective systems for the 22 building apartment complex. Work also included repainting all of the apartment buildings, repairs and painting to garage units and community buildings, and related repairs.
