Bay Isle Key Apartments Clubhouse Renovation and Summer Kitchen Addition

St. Petersburg, Florida 2012 – 2013

The project consisted of interior renovations and exterior additions to the Bay Isle Key Clubhouse and Leasing Office. New construction included a new summer kitchen with two gas grills under a shaded trellis and a large patio addition. Renovations to the clubhouse included removing non-structural columns and interior design improvements to the existing clubhouse. Heitman and Riverstone Residential wanted a fresh Florida Coastal theme as part of their upgrades.

RSA Architecture provided design, documentation, and construction administration of the Clubhouse Renovation and Summer Kitchen Addition. RSA Architecture worked with Kelly Cantara Neal of Elevation Architecture for interior design services.
