Horatio Office Building

Tampa, Florida 2017 – 2018

This project included the design of a 6,500 SF historic 2-story office building in South Tampa. The existing building was a historic fitness center that was renovated to be an open office space. Work included new TPO roof, exterior renovations that included new impact-resistant glazing systems, new patterned stucco finish, window awnings, and exterior stairs. Interior renovations included new stairs, restrooms, and shell finishes.

The office building is a single-tenant 2-story office building that was sold after the renovation. The site was renovated to provide new required parking and landscaping.
