Barrette Outdoor Living Distribution Warehouse

Brooksville, Florida 2018 – 2019

The project included the design of a new 100,450 SF heavy structure manufacturing and distribution center located in Brooksville, Florida. The project features a 2,000 SF office build-out with offices, a small breakroom, a small conference room, open office area, and restrooms within the warehouse. The building is a Butler wide bay truss purlin system with a 2-ton overhead crane in a wide bay. The warehouse features 12 overhead doors with dock levelers and equipment, truck ramps, steel plate offload stall, and an internal recessed truck well. The fully-conditioned energy-efficient building features an R-30 roof and R-19 walls with the ability to install future PV panels on the roof.
